All orders are quickly and easily placed through YouBeautifulNaturally.com. We accept and deliver orders within the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska. You must be at least 16 years of age to make an online purchase. We do not store or keep your personal information unless you instruct us to. Your name will not be added to any automatic mailing lists, and we will not sell any information you allow us to collect; we respect you too much!
Privacy & Safety
We take your right to privacy seriously. We only use your personal information to support core business functions, including maintaining records related to business process management; loss and fraud prevention, and collecting amounts owing to us. We do not use the information to solicit unless you have expressly joined as a YB member or subscribed to a mailing list. Some of our websites have features such as, plugins, widgets, or and other tools made available by third parties that may result in information being collected or shared between us and the third party. For example, if you use Facebook’s “Like” feature, Facebook may register the fact that you “liked” a product and may post that information on Facebook. Their use of your information is not governed by this privacy policy.

Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, and Discover and American Express cards. Select one credit or debit card for the payment of your order. When your credit or debit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your financial statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
For your security, You. Beautiful. may require you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) on certain orders for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. See below for help with credit card identification numbers.

Your Security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number). Visa/MC/Discover customer CIDS are 3 digits.

Your Security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is a 4-digit number on the front of the card, ABOVE the embossed (raised) credit card account number. This number is referred to as the "Security Code." American Express customer CIDs are 4 digits.

We use Square Finacial to provide a safe and secure checkout experience; it encrypts your credit card information using SSL.

Debit Cards
When an order is submitted, the funds are put on hold and will be unavailable to you. The funds will remain on hold until the order is shipped. At that time, the hold will become the settled charge.
If an order attempt is unsuccessful or if the order is canceled, You. Beautiful. immediately reverses electronically the pending authorization. The financial institution may take 5-7 business days to remove any pending authorizations. Policies differ from bank to bank. Call your financial institution for more details.
Multiple failed order attempts will result in multiple pending authorizations. Your payment method will only be charged when a successful order is shipped.
